- Your consent to a motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
- Standard technical and analytics data collected by our website host (Wix) to keep the site running and understand traffic.

How we use it
- To review your application and contact you about driving opportunities with XVR.
- To run pre-hire screening (MVR and background check) as permitted for commercial driving roles, including FMCSA/DOT requirements where they apply.
- To meet the recordkeeping and safety obligations of a motor carrier.

What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our website host and background-check vendor) or where required by law.

How long we keep it
We retain application information for as long as needed to consider you for current and future roles and to meet legal, DOT, and employment recordkeeping requirements, then dispose of it securely.
